I am currently Vice Chair of the Board of Finance and Chair of the Audit Subcommittee. I am also a Law Professor, teaching financial regulation, corporate governance and public disclosure. I have authored two books and numerous articles on banking and finance. I graduated from Princeton and Harvard Law School, where I was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review. Prior to my election to the Board of Finance in 2005, I served on the RTM (District 3). I moved to this wonderful town 25 years ago with my husband, who grew up here.
