Ken Wirfel was elected to the Board of Finance in 2007. He is Chairman of the not-for-profit Cooke Center for Learning and Development, the largest private provider of inclusive special education services in NYC. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Jewish Home in Fairfield, CT, which provides healthcare, housing and community-based services to both Jewish and non-Jewish seniors alike. Ken is a practicing attorney and a former federal prosecutor, and has formerly served as a director of one of NYC’s most prestigious bar associations and has lectured at several area law schools. Ken and his wife, June Eichbaum, have resided in Westport for 20 years and have two adult daughters,
