Former chairman of the P&Z for twelve years, Ellie Lowenstein is known for her responsive leadership, extensive zoning knowledge and fairness. Ellie has successfully guided our town through many major building projects and the creation of two successive town plans, and her experience and sensitivity to the concerns of all our residents are invaluable to the Commission. Ellie and her husband, Dick, have lived in Westport for many years.
