Chair of the Board of Finance, Helen is also a Law Professor, teaching financial regulation, corporate governance and public disclosure at Rutgers University.  She has authored two books and numerous articles on banking and finance, and she graduated from Princeton and Harvard Law School where she was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review.  Prior to her election to the Board of Finance in 2005 she served on the RTM (District 3).  Helen moved to Westport twenty-five years ago with her husband, who grew up here.
