Board of Education – Sung (“Youn Su”) Chao’s career has been focused on enabling student success. Since moving to Westport in 2008, Youn Su has taught English as a Second Language at Yale University, UConn, and community colleges. Youn Su has proven experience allocating resources, leading people, and connecting with diverse stakeholders as Coordinator of Drexel University’s International Teaching Assistant Program and Coleytown Elementary School PTA Co-President.
