Kevin is passionate about the excellence of the Westport Public Schools and ensuring they are preparing each of its students to reach their full potential.
After spending over 15 years in finance, investment banking, and corporate development & strategy where Kevin analyzed operating and financial performance, evaluated and developed strategy, advised management teams, and collaborated with key constituents to generate solutions, he pressed pause on his career to become a stay-at-home dad.
Kevin has been heavily involved in his twins’ school communities ever since. He has held numerous committee co-chair and volunteer roles for the Coleytown Elementary School PTA, currently serving as treasurer. He also coaches his daughter’s and son’s Westport Soccer Association teams. Previously, Kevin served on the admissions committee at West Side Montessori School in New York City.
Kevin holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a
B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Union College. The Christie family’s decision to move to
Westport was largely driven by the Westport community and the stellar reputation of its school
system.
